There shall be permitted in municipal parking lot “I” for a period in excess of 72 hours only under the following circumstances.
(A) Parking shall be limited to Amtrak patrons only.
(B) Any vehicle parked for a period in excess of 72 hours shall have placed on its dashboard, in a location clearly visible from the front windshield, a card indicating that the vehicle is being parked in the lots for the convenience of an Amtrak patron.
(C) The card referred to above shall be issued by an agent of Amtrak and shall clearly designate the time period for which it is valid. The form of the cards shall be approved by the City Manager.
