The following described areas are hereby established as municipal parking lots.
(A) Municipal parking lot “A” shall include that area bounded by Main, Prairie, Ferris and Kellogg Streets.
(B) Municipal parking lot “B” shall include that area bounded by Ferris, Kellogg, Water and Seminary Streets.
(C) Municipal parking lot “C” shall include that area bounded by Ferris, Main, Kellogg and Seminary Streets.
(D) Municipal parking lot “D” shall include that area bounded by Main, Mulberry, Seminary and Chambers Streets.
(E) Municipal parking lot “E” shall include that area bounded by Main, Simmons, Prairie and Cherry Streets.
(F) Municipal parking lot “F” shall include that area located at the southwest corner of Water and Cherry Streets.
(G) Municipal parking lot “G” shall include that area located at the northeast corner of Broad and Ferris Streets.
(H) Municipal parking lot “H” shall include that area bounded by Simmons, Main, Prairie and Kellogg Streets.
(I) Municipal parking lot “I” shall include that area located south of Mulberry Street in the northeast portion of Colton Park.
(J) Municipal parking lot “K” shall include that area bounded by Simmons, Main, Seminary and Kellogg Streets.
(K) Municipal parking lot “L” shall include that area bounded by Broad, Simmons, Cherry and Tompkins Streets.
(L) Municipal parking lot “M” shall include that area bounded by Kellogg, Simmons, Seminary and Tompkins Streets.
