§ 50.11 FOOD ESTABLISHMENT GARBAGE AND GREASE.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every place of business in which food is prepared or served or sold for human consumption, to provide and maintain in good repair, rodent-proof, leak-proof containers for the storage of garbage and other refuse resulting from the serving, selling or preparation of foodstuff. In no case shall any such place of business permit garbage or rubbish to collect for more than five days on their premises.
   (B)   All food establishment garbage shall be stored on private property until placed out for scheduled disposal.
   (C)   No food establishment garbage shall be stored on public property, except with the permission of the city in dumpsters located on city-owned dumpster sites.
   (D)   Food establishment garbage shall not be set out more than one hour before the closing time of the business and not earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day before scheduled pick-up.
   (E)   All emptied garbage containers shall be removed from the curb or street before 10:00 a.m. the day of pick-up.
   (F)   Waste grease from food establishments shall not be stored in containers larger than 55 gallons and shall not be stored on public property.
   (G)   Any stains on public sidewalks resulting from leaking garbage containers or grease containers shall be cleaned by and at the expense of the owner according to city specifications.
