§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who undertakes or causes an alteration, construction, demolition or removal of a historic landmark or the same to any property within the Historic District or a Historic Landmark District, without a certificate of appropriateness shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500. Every day such violation shall continue to exist shall constitute a separate violation.
