§ 133.06 IMPERSONATING A POLICE OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely represent himself, or assume or pretend to be a police officer of the city or a member of the Police Department of the city, or with intent to deceive, to use or wear in public any of the signs, signals or devices adopted and used by the Police Department, or to wear or display in public the uniform, badge, belt, cap, hat or other articles or devices resembling or similar to those in use by the Police Department, or liable or calculated to cause some person to be mistaken for a police officer.
