(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any parent, guardian or other adult person having custody of a minor under the age of 17 years, violating § 133.02(C), upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $750 and in default of payment thereof be confined in jail for not more than 30 days.

(C) Any person operating places of amusement and entertainment violating § 133.02(D) shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $750 and in default of payment thereof be confined in the county jail for not more than 30 days.
