The sanitary requirements set out in § 115.32 and the provision for inspection in § 115.33 shall be subject to the following modification: House-car trailers with sanitary facilities properly installed, connected and operated in accordance with the state regulations for the sanitary control of tourist and trailer camps, shall be excluded, as to its sanitary facilities, from the number of house-car trailers within the camp when inspection and determination is being made for number of required sanitary facilities to be furnished by the operator for the entire camp.
