Each trailer camp shall be inspected by the proper public health officer or his duly authorized representative at such intervals as he may deem necessary for the maintenance of clean, sanitary conditions. If the county or municipal health officer or their representatives discover the violation of any item they shall make a second inspection after the lapse of such time as they may deem necessary for correction, and the second inspection shall be used in determining compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
