§ 92.04 ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE.
   It shall be the duty of the Mayor to enforce this chapter. His powers shall include, but not be limited to the following:
   (A)   Receive or initiate, record and investigate complaints charging any violation of this chapter.
   (B)   Seek conciliation of parties involved in such complaints by conciliation, conferences, holding a formal hearing where necessary, making findings of fact and recommendations in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   Where a violation of this chapter is imminent, he may, with the assistance of the City Attorney, seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prohibit the violation.
   (D)   He shall prosecute any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter.
   (E)   He may appoint an advisory board to assist him in carrying out the provisions or terms of this chapter.
   (F)   The Mayor may adopt such rules or regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes and provisions of this chapter.
