§ 74.06 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   It shall be unlawful to operate a snowmobile in any of the following manners, times and locations.
   (A)   On U.S. Highway 20 or any state highway, except as permitted by state statute;
   (B)   Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except operation may be permitted after said hours by express permission of a law enforcement official;
   (C)   At any place while under the influence of intoxicating beverages, narcotics or habit-forming drugs;
   (D)   At any place in careless, reckless or negligent manner so as to endanger any person or property or to cause injury or damage thereto;
   (E)   On any sidewalk in the city or areas set apart for the use of pedestrians except upon any walkways up to 20 feet before, under and 20 feet beyond the Spring Street (U.S. Highway 20) bridge underpass, as is necessary to access the route described in § 74.05;
   (F)   Failing to yield right-of-way to all other vehicles or pedestrians;
   (G)   Failing to make a complete stop at all intersections, whether controlled or uncontrolled;
   (H)   For purposes other than using the most direct route to the nearest designated snowmobile route;
   (I)   To use the designated snowmobile routes for any purpose other than going to or coming from public lands adjacent to the city;
   (J)   Without maintained, required safety equipment and approved muffler systems;
   (K)   On any portion of any permitted street except the far right portion of said street;
   (L)   To ride together in any pattern except the far right portion of said street;
   (M) On any private property without express consent of the owner thereof;
   (N)   In excess of the speed allowed by state statute, but in no event in excess of a speed of 20 miles per hour;
   (O)   When between the ages of ten and 18 years, except as authorized by state statute;
   (P)   Without headlights and taillights on at all times; and
   (Q)   In any other manner prohibited by the laws of the state.
