The following places are hereby designated snowmobile route(s): Along and adjacent to the west bank or levee of the Galena River. Snowmobiles are expressly prohibited from being operated on the sloped areas of the river dike; provided, however, that every operator entering said area shall first stop before entering the underpass referred to in § 74.06(E) and yield to pedestrians.
