§ 73.41 SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR PERSONS RIDING MOTORCYCLES, MOTOR DRIVEN CYCLES OR MOPEDS.
   (A)   The operator and every passenger of a motorcycle, motor driven cycle or moped shall be protected by glasses, goggles, or a transparent shield, as defined in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, §§ 11-1404(b).
   (B)   Contact lenses are not acceptable eye protection devices.
