§ 72.37 PARKING LOTS DIVIDED INTO SPECIFIC AREAS; VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Municipal parking lots shall be divided into separate parking areas for motor vehicles of division one and division two and appropriately marked by signs; provided, nonetheless, that for purposes of this subchapter a pickup truck of ¾ ton capacity, or less, shall be classified as a motor vehicle of division one. In addition, an area for rental parking on a month to month or a longer term basis shall be provided in each lot. Such rental parking area may be for motor vehicles of either division one or division two. Parking stalls in such rental parking areas shall be clearly marked with signs indicating “reserved.”

   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle of division one within an area designated for motor vehicles of division two.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle of division two within an area designated for parking of motor vehicles of division one.
