§ 34.20 SECRETARY-TREASURER.
   (A)   Election by members; approval. One member elected by the members of the Fire Department, subject to approval of the Chief, shall be a Secretary-Treasurer.
   (B)   Duties. His or her duties shall consist of the following:
      (1)   Calling the roll at the opening of each meeting; and
      (2)   Keeping the minutes of each meeting.
