(A) Prohibition. No person in possession of any weapon, other than persons exempt in division (B) below, shall enter or remain on any public property on which signs have been posted prohibiting the possession of any weapons on the public property.
(B) Exception. The provisions of this section shall not apply to commissioned peace officers or duly CLEET licensed armed security personnel who are under contract with the posting entity which owns, controls, leases or operates the posted premises.
