(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) (1) The parking or leaving of a motor vehicle as set forth in § 133.17 shall constitute the offense of unlawful parking or leaving a motor vehicle after business hours, punishable as provided in § 10.99. (2) If a person violates § 133.17(A), it shall constitute the offense of unlawful presence on property after business hours or congregating after business hours and is punishable as provided in § 10.99. (C) Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of § 133.28 shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
