§ 133.16 THROWING OR SHOOTING OBJECTS AT PERSONS OR PROPERTY.
   (A)   Throwing or shooting at persons or property. No person shall throw or shoot any object into or across any street or alley, or in any place where he or she is likely to hit another person wrongfully, or injure property, or throw any object at any person, vehicle, structure or property of another, whether public or private, except where such is done in defense of oneself or another person or property.
   (B)   Throwing lighted substances or debris. No person shall throw, drop, deposit or otherwise place in, upon or within the limits of any street, avenue, public ground, public waterway or town-owned property or waterway any lighted cigarette, cigar or other flaming or glowing substances, or any substance or thing which may cause a fire.
