§ 97.07 APPROPRIATIONS.
   The Town Board of Trustees may annually appropriate available funds to the Library Board of Directors as the Board of Trustees deems necessary to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the public library for the education and cultural enrichment of the citizens of the town.
