The Town Board of Trustees shall have charge of and control of the municipal cemetery and shall be authorized to develop rules and regulations to govern the management, improvement and establishment of the cemetery, fix the price for which lots shall be sold or for which an interment shall be made and appoint all officers necessary for the control and management of cemeteries, including a Cemetery Sexton-Superintendent.
