§ 90.15 LITTERING PROHIBITED GENERALLY.

   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

      LITTER. Trash, refuse, rubbish and all like material.

   (B)   No person shall throw, place, leave, drop, put or otherwise abandon litter upon any public property, private property or roadway, except as otherwise specifically permitted in this code.
