§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in § 10.99. Each day any person is in violation of any provision of this chapter, and each day any such violation occurs or continues to exist shall be a separate offense.
