Every vehicle operated upon the streets of the town shall be equipped as required by 47 O.S. No person shall operate a vehicle upon a street of the town which is not equipped as required by state law. No person shall fail to use such equipment in the manner required by the state law, or use it in a manner prohibited by state law.
