(A) All land uses in all zoning districts, with the exception of single-family detached houses and two-family duplex uses, prior to the issuance of a building permit, shall have an approved parking plan. The plan, drawn to scale, submitted in duplicate, may be approved by the Enforcing Officer and must show the following:
(1) Boundaries of the property where the proposed use is to be located;
(2) Purpose, size, location and use of the structure for which the parking spaces are required; and
(3) Layout of driveways, parking and loading spaces.
(B) No parking shall be permitted in the required front yard and must be adequately screened from adjacent residential districts. The plan for screening must be approved by the Enforcing Officer.
(C) One copy of the approved parking plan shall be retained by the Enforcing Officer and one copy shall be returned to and retained by the applicant.
