§ 155.150 PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUAL USES.
   (A)   If ambiguity arises concerning the appropriate classification of a particular use within the meaning and intent of these requirements, it shall be the duty of the Enforcing Officer to interpret the appropriate classification. If the applicant is aggrieved to the decision, a request for final determination by the Zoning Board of Appeals may be made.
   (B)   The following are parking ratios for computing the number of parking stalls for specific uses:

   B.    Commercial and Professional

      2. Business establishments            5.0 per 1,000 sq. ft. GFA
      3. Radio and T.V. studios            5.5 per 1,000 sq. ft. GFA
      4. Offices and office parks            3.3 per 1,000 sq. ft. GFA
      5. Laboratories                  1.0 each employee
      6. Private clubs                  3.0 each 4 members
      7. Hotels and motels               1.0 per guest room plus
                           1.0 each full time employee
      8. Restaurants                  1.0 per 3 seats
      9. Medical buildings               1.0 per 3 seats
      10. Greenhouses in excess of 200 sq. ft.      5.0 per 1,000 sq. ft. GFA
      11. Funeral homes and mortuaries         1.0 each 4 seats maximum
                           1.0 each funeral vehicle
      12. Amusement enterprises            5.5 per 1,000 sq. ft. GFA
      13. Theaters                  1.0 each 3 seats
   C.    Land Use/Public and Quasi Public
      1. Churches                  1.0 each 5 seats
      2. Public libraries               1.0 each 300 sq. ft. GFA
      3. Studios for fine arts, art galleries,          5.5 each full time employee
      exhibit halls, museums, reading rooms,
      community centers
      4. Charitable institutions            2.0 each full time employee

   F.    Industrial
      1. All uses                  5.5 spaces per 1,000 sq. ft. GPA or 2 stalls for every 3 people per shift, but in no event less than 2 spaces per every 1,000 sq. ft. of GFA.
   (C)   As used in this chapter, the word “seat” shall mean any chair, stool or bench, movable or stationary, intended to be sat in or on by one individual and shall not include any seat or seating located outside the enclosed building of the restaurant which is seasonal in nature.
