It is unlawful to establish, maintain or operate any trailer coach park in the city without first having obtained a license therefor. Application for such licenses shall be made in writing to the Clerk in compliance with the ordinances relating to license applications and shall contain the name of the applicant, the location of the proposed park and the number of trailers to be accommodated.
