§ 150.66 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS.
   It is unlawful to construct or erect any building or structure within the fire limits described in § 150.65 unless the exterior walls and roof of such building or structure are constructed of, or covered with, nonflammable material; provided that this shall not operate to prevent the construction of wooden porches, balconies or ornamental work no higher than the second story.
