(B) In addition to the penalty set forth in division (A) of this section, any person convicted of a violation of § 130.76 shall be subject to revocation of a business license, including a liquor license, if any, issued by the city to said person.
(C) A violation of § 130.76 is declared to be a public nuisance and shall be subject to abatement as provided by law.
