§ 130.47 DISTURBING ASSEMBLAGES.

It is unlawful for any person to disturb any lawful assemblage or gathering in the city by making any loud or unnecessary noise, or by obscene language or by rude or obscene behavior or by any other means calculated to disturb such assemblage.
