§ 130.02 OFFICER IMPERSONATION AND OBSTRUCTION.
   It is unlawful for any person to impersonate any officer of the city without lawful authority, and it also is unlawful for any person to interfere with or hinder any officer or employee of the city while the officer or employee is engaged in the duties of his office.
