§ 130.01 AIDING PRISONERS.
   (A)   Aiding escaping prisoners. It is unlawful for any person to escape, or attempt to escape, or for any person to aid or assist or incite any person to escape or attempt to escape from the lawful custody of any police officer or sheriff, or constable or any other person having lawful custody of such prisoner.

   (B)   Unlawful communication with prisoners. It is unlawful for any person to communicate with any prisoner in the custody of any law enforcement official, such prisoner being under arrest by the officer, without permission of the officer having custody of the prisoner; provided, however, that this section shall not be construed so as to prevent any person from having proper representation by qualified legal counsel or so as to prevent such prisoner from obtaining bail.
