The price which may be charged for each raffle chance sold, offered for sale, conveyed, issued or otherwise transferred for value shall not exceed the following schedule:

$100 or more, but less than $500 $5
$500 or more, but less than $1000 $10
$1000 or more, but less than $10,000 $20
$10,000 or more, but not to exceed $60,000 $50
