(A) Penalty. Failure to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter shall constitute a violation; any person, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(B) Abatement. The imposition of the penalty herein prescribed shall not preclude the City Attorney from instituting appropriate action to prevent unlawful raffles or to restrain, correct or abate a violation of this chapter or of the conditions of a raffle license issued pursuant hereto.
