The harbormaster may establish such rules and regulations as the harbormaster deems appropriate, to regulate the parking of vehicles or boats at the city facilities which shall include the right to establish no parking areas or limited restricted parking areas or such other regulations as the harbormaster deems necessary for proper use of the city facilities, including the parking of cars, trucks, boat trailers or boats. The city shall erect appropriate signage in order to identify the regulations the harbormaster shall establish. A violation of this section shall carry a penalty as set forth in § 70.99.
