It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to own, have a right of property in, keep, harbor, care for, act as custodian of or maintain in his or her possession or on his or her property any dangerous, wild or exotic animal, fish, reptile or endangered species, hereinafter collectively referred to as a "wild animal.”
