Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense. The minimum fine for each subsequent offense of any violation of this chapter shall provide for an increase in the minimum fine of $25 for each subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
