§ 94.29 UNSPAYED FEMALE DOGS IN SEASON.
   It is unlawful for the owner of any female dog in season to permit or allow said dog to run at large, or to confine her as to attract male dogs to the area and by their presence cause a nuisance. The owner shall keep and confine the female dog in a place where male dogs will not be attracted thereto or shall place the female dog at a kennel providing care and keep during the time the female is in season.
