It shall be the duty of any person conducting any meeting or gathering in any premises other than a theater, lodge room or auditorium, constructed as provided in § 92.165, to notify the City Clerk at least ten days in advance of such meeting, stating the location and intended use of the premises; upon such notice, the Fire Marshal, or such person as he or she shall designate, shall inspect the premises to determine whether or not they comply with the provisions hereof. Any permit for any such gathering shall be issued subject to the condition that this subchapter be fully complied with, whether or not such condition is embodied in such permit.
