§ 92.003 UNLAWFUL DEPOSITS; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   It is unlawful to deposit on any street or sidewalk anything which might be harmful to the pavement thereof or any glass, refuse or waste material, or any other article which might do injury to any person, animal or property.
   (B)   Coal, building materials or other like material may be deposited in the street preparatory to delivery or use, provided that such deposit does not reduce the usable width of the street or roadway at any point to less than 18 feet; and provided, that such coal or material, other than material to be used in actual building construction, shall not be permitted to remain on the street for more than three hours. Any such material or coal shall be properly guarded by lights if it remains on the streets after nighttime.
