§ 70.03 STOPPING AT RAILROAD GRADE CROSSING.

The driver of a vehicle approaching a railroad grade crossing when the signal device gives warning of the approach of a train shall stop within 50 feet but not less than ten feet of the nearest rail of the railroad and shall not proceed until he or she can safely do so.
