A. Residential Developments.
1. Whenever a provision of Title 16 of this code requires the filing of a tentative map or tentative parcel map, a vesting tentative map may instead be filed in accordance with the provisions provided for in this chapter.
2. The tentative map shall have printed conspicuously on its face the words vesting tentative map at the time it is filed in accordance with Section 16.10.060 of this chapter and shall be thereafter processed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
3. All other provisions of the Title 16 of this code shall apply to the vesting tentative map ordinances except as set forth or modified by this chapter.
