(A) Any store, supermarket or business establishment in found violation of § 123.04 shall be fined $5.00. Each cart to which a proper identification tag has not been affixed shall be deemed to be a separate offense and each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense with respect to each cart.
(B) Any person in violation of § 123.02 shall be fined $100.00. Each cart found off the owner's business premises shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
(C) Any store, supermarket or business establishment in violation of § 123.03 shall be fined $100.00. Each cart found off the owner's business premises shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
