§ 51.06 FREQUENCY OF COLLECTION.
   (A)   Refuse shall be collected twice weekly.
   (B)   Hotels, restaurants, institutions, and commercial establishments may be required to have more frequent collection, if determined by the City Council to be essential to protect the public health.
