§ 30-31 DEFINITION.

   As used in this article, a PARKWAY CONTRACTOR is defined as a person or firm of persons which lays, constructs, builds, repairs or rebuilds any sidewalk, curb, gutter or driveway on any street, alley or thoroughfare within the city.
