§ 12.5-854 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   Each grantee shall maintain, at a single location, business records of its solid waste collection service. Such records shall include, but are not limited to: inventory of all vehicles; a complete listing of all customers within the city including name, address and telephone numbers; numbers of and location of all dumpsters and roll-off containers; volumes of solid waste and recyclable materials collected within the city limits of Fort Worth; and all quarterly and annual reports prepared pursuant to the privilege agreement. A grantee shall make its records available for the director or his or her duly authorized agent at reasonable times upon request.
