§ 12.5-832 NUISANCE CAUSED BY COMMERCIAL WASTE CONTAINER.

A commercial waste container that is maintained, emptied or located in violation of § 12.5-831 and which endangers the public health, safety or welfare, is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
