(a) Certain commercial premises, business premises, houses used for nonresidential purposes, and multifamily dwelling buildings and complexes, as determined by the director, may request city commercial collection services for the collection of commercial garbage and rubbish.
(b) The provisions of Division 2 of this chapter shall apply to any person using this service.
(c) A person commits an offense if the person places waste for collection in violation of this section.
