§ 12.5-543 CERTIFICATION OF CROSS- CONNECTION INSPECTORS.

   Inspectors performing cross-connection control duties within the city must be certified by the director and shall meet the following requirements:

   (a)   Be employed by or under contract with the city;

   (b)   Attend a city cross-connection control inspectors certification training course; and

   (c)   Successfully pass a written examination conducted by the city.
