(A) There are no annual fees for a person who operates, conducts or maintains a massage therapy practice.
(B) There are no annual fees for a person employed as a massage therapist at a massage therapy practice.
(C) The nonrefundable fee for a person who operates a massage establishment is $250 per year for each location. The permit is transferable to a new location upon written notice to the City Controller.
(D) The nonrefundable fee for a person employed in a massage establishment is $25 per year. The permit is transferable to a new location upon written notice to the City Controller.
