§ 112.30 TERM OF LICENSES AND PERMITS; RENEWAL.
   (A)   All permits and certification issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be valid for a period of one year from date of issuance except as herein expressly provided.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of a permit or certificate holder to apply for a new permit or certificate no later than 30 days prior to expiration of the current permit or certificate.
   (C)   All renewal applications for permits of certification shall contain the same information as original applications, and shall be accompanied by the same application fee made payable to the EMS Foundation as required for an original application.
   (D)   The EMS Foundation may, at its discretion, require renewal applicants to demonstrate knowledge and skills then currently required of an original applicant.
