§ 99.126 ENTERING ROOFS TO STRING WIRES WITHOUT PERMISSION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person while engaged in the stringing from pole to pole of electric or other wires to enter upon the roof of any building within the city without first procuring from the owner or occupant of such building permission and authority in writing to do so.
